所以这个题目的难处在于,人事经理处在一个两难的局面,他需要处理上级的指令,又要顾及企业的风险。
这题很明显选C,因为其他的三个选项都不合理。
事实上ABD三个选项都可以做,但都不是最优解。
A选项“让CEO考虑下把人事经理的担忧放到董事会上讨论”,CEO已经下达指令,并且表示不理睬人事经理的担忧,所以A选项肯定是不对的;
B选项直接偏离问题,与解决问题无关,而且涉及到一些职业道德层面的问题,也不对;
